New England Appliance, formerly The Appliance Outlet, is a family-owned business that has been serving New England since 1936. The company’s philosophy is simple—we buy appliances for the least amount possible and pass those savings on to the customer.
In line with that philosophy, New England Appliance sells both discounted new appliances and “scratch and dent” appliances direct from the manufacturers. Our membership in the national retail buying group BRANDSOURCE enables us to purchase our inventory at prices similar to what the big box stores pay, but because of our low overhead we are able to pass on most of the savings to our customers. Most customers save anywhere from 20-50% off the regular retail price.
Our customers include individual home owners, landlords, real estate developers, property managers and other small businesses. Just ask any one of our customers why they shop here and most will tell you it’s more than just our prices. The prices may bring people in the door, but it’s the service and knowledge they receive from the staff that keeps them coming back. New England Appliance has built its reputation on being a low-pressure sales environment with salespeople that tell the truth and stick by what they say.

The Appliance Outlet operated as many as 10 locations, but New England Appliance has been in its current single location since July 2000. They have over 10,000 square feet of showroom space for customers to browse with additional storage space close by. This enables many people to find what they are looking for in stock.
